As a mother I know first hand just how fast they grow. It is so important to capture their sweet little faces and ever-blossoming personalities throughout the years as they are always changing, learning, and ultimately growing into the amazing little humans you are raising.

The best ages to photograph baby milestones are six months to one year when they are sitting up on their own and showing lots of smiles and personality. One year first birthday cake smash sessions are one of the most requested, client favorites. These treasured milestone baby portrait sessions are delightful and the perfect time to capture your baby’s infectious energy.

Even after their first year has come and gone there is still so much to capture! Yearly birthdays, first dances, academic and sport accomplishments, and so much more.

When working with little ones you rarely see me without a stuffed animal attached to my camera and you'll often hear me make some of the silliest noises, but I'm always willing to do whatever it takes to get a giggle or two out of your little one. No two children's sessions will ever be the same, because no two children are the same. During these sessions I often follow them around as they explore and play instead of trying to instruct them to sit and pose, because... well, they're children. Let them be little, right? We'll still often get some traditional posed images, but you can also expect playful, candid shots, and even detail shots of their sweet little features.
