FAQ

Since we are shooting outside, what do we do if it rains or if it looks like it might rain?

Although I am often checking the forecast, I encourage my clients to NOT watch the weather too closely. Tennessee weather can be so unpredictable, I try not to make a final decision to reschedule until much closer to our session time. I usually check the radar 24-48 hours before our shoot and will check in with you to confirm. If it looks like it might rain the morning of your shoot, we will most likely reschedule, with no reschedule fee, because obviously weather is out of our control.

Where are you based and do you travel?

I am located just outside of Nashville Tennessee and yes I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, depending on where it takes place it may require a travel fee and accommodations. But no worries, I always try to find the most affordable way to be there for your big day.

Am I allowed to bring my own props?

Of course! If you have a vision in mind and have the props you are wanting to use, definitely bring them along! I will always have a handful of props that can be used for any session type that all of my clients are always welcome to use throughout their sessions. If you have anything that is meaningful to you (blankets, photos, stuffed animals, sonogram images, etc.), we will most certainly find a way to use them during your shoot!

Can you hold our event date for us? What is your booking policy? What are your payment terms?

Your date is only secure with a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer fee. To be fair to all clients, I cannot hold your date or pencil you in. The final balance of your package is due 30 days before your event day or 24 hours prior to your standard session date. You may split up the payments or just do one final payment.
